Real Estate has really had it’s time to shine in the past 10 years, and not just in appreciation. It seems as if every channel has to have some sort of real estate related show. From A&E’s Flip This House to HGTV’s…well pretty much everything on HGTV is real estate related. Even CP24 has a weekly real estate program and the truth is I love it all.
It’s an obvious sign that the public has a huge interest in real estate not just for shelter but as a lifestyle. It comes as no surprise that people are always asking me for recommendations on real estate books. In a couple clicks you can peek into my bookshelf and view the book’s I’ve read.
