You’ve got to love any city that can have a celebration of the arts one week (Luminato) and a music festival the next (North by North East)
After 15 years and still going strong, the North by North East music festival is about to take Toronto by ’sound’ again! From June 17th to the 21st 2009, over 500 local, national and international artists will have the chance to showcase their talent. The acts take place in different downtown venues and for $50 you can get wristband entrance into all of them! Last year had over 70,000 people and i’m sure this year will be no different!
Some of this years heavy hitters include: GZA, Black Lips, The Kool Kids, and Spiral Beach, BUT the act I can’t wait to see is Canadas/Oak Ridges/Toronto’s own Alison Jane. Read the rest of this entry »
One of the top posts driving traffic to my blog was the piece I did on CREA‘s “How Realtors Help” Commercial. Unfortunately, all I had on the blog was a pic of “Dave” being rudely awoken by a plane flying over his house.
Due to popular demand I’ve decided to re post the topic with a special treat to my reader’s. I’ve found the second commercial that shows the poor lady trying to figure out ”how to fill in those ridiculously complicated documents”

ATTENTION all oil barons, lotto winners or any one else with $175 million laying around! According to YouTube this is the The World`s Most Expensive Mansion. It`s own website describes it as – Larger in area than both the royal residences of Hampton Court Palace or Buckingham Palace.
Realtor Tip: Dont forget to factor in the cost of furnishing your mansion :)
