The east end of Toronto’s waterfront is rapidly changing! Once finished, Pier 27 will be a predominate jewel on the condo crown that outlines the waterfront… but those days are still a while away, so until then let’s look at what Cityzen Developments has built thus far! Below is an update (with photos) from their official blog:
Though it may not look luxurious now, Pier 27 will be screaming prestige at Yonge and Lakeshore in the future.
We visited the Toronto Waterfront site late last week and the progress made since our last visit this past November has been substantial to say the least!
With many different crews on site at the moment, things are going well, especially with the weather.
Work has progressed up to the 7th floor on buidling B1, and up to floor 4 in building B2.
Phase 3 of Pier 27 is currently undergoing approvals, and we hope to bring the project to market in the near future.

A new model suite is coming to the sales centre, and we hope to have it ready for viewing this spring.
Stay tuned for the latest updates on Pier 27 and many more of our projects. Got a question? Tweet to us or catch us on Facebook. Read the rest of this entry »
I took a short break in between appointments to enjoy Toronto’s newest beach, appropriately named “Sugar Beach”. Located at the foot of Lower Jarvis Street adjacent to the Redpath Sugar Factory, this beautiful public space was once a parking lot in a former industrial area!
Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown and relax at the beach for a bit…you’ll be glad you did!
*minor correction* I say “Cherry Beach” in the last 10 seconds, but meant “Sugar Beach”… blame it on the sun!
On Thursday I attended an intimate party hosted by Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group, for those Realtors who sold at Pier 27. During the event, they officially announced that the financing has been secured and that construction is underway! Pictures wouldn’t have done the sales centre justice…so I recorded a short video instead. Read the rest of this entry »

Yippppeeee! Today I received my “Realtors Invite” to the for Pier 27′s contruction party…and you know what that means?? Free food and information, my favourite!
What’s currently a vacant parking lot will soon be the luxurious home to The Residents of Waterlink at Pier 27. For those who haven’t been to the site, it’s the empty parking lot next to the huge Captain John Ship docked a the slip of Yonge and Queens Quay. I’ve been a fan of this project from day one, and even used the lot as ‘shelter’ in the middle of a mid summer storm. I’m keeping this post short, but I’ll be sure to have more info and pics up after the lunch-in, next week!
So i’m driving back from an offer presentation, taking in the sights along the lakeshore when all of a sudden the clouds started rollllling in. Here’s a clip a caught on the blackberry from the Pier 27 Sales Office…only a few feet away from the lake in Downtown Toronto. wow!!!
