River City Penthouse Collection Now Available

The floorpans are finalized, and the renderings released… the River City Penthouses are finally here! Only 9 of these lofts will be available, each spanning over two levels and sitting atop the glass box building! The lofts range in size from 1,081 sq.ft to 1,865 sq.ft. and each will have their own private outdoor terrace space with gas hookups. Starting prices for the penthouses range from $659,900 – $1,119,900. Check out the floorplans below:

River City Penthouse Collection Coming Soon

River City has been making a lot of headway these past few months, and because of it, they’re now gearing up for the release of their penthouse collection! We still don’t know all of the exact details but some key features I was able to find out are: 10′ ceilings, Saucier and Perrotte signature staircases, large rooftop terraces with stunning views of the city or open green space and gas hook ups!

As you can see from the photo above, construction of phase 1 is well underway! Even driving through the area you can see signs of the new public spaces, parks and roads coming together!

Tableau Penthouse Suites Now Available

If you were putting off buying a penthouse until Tableau Condos released their final collection…I have some great news for you!

In a building that has sold over 80% of suites , the top two (35th and 36th) floors have just been released and will feature suites from 405 sq. ft to over 1,000 sq.ft. Penthouses will have 10 foot ceilings and offer sweeping views of the City. Prices start from $292,900 to $679,900 for the final release. Penthouses, Kitchens and Bathrooms at River City

River City has recently released its newest selection of units…The Penthouse Collection! The units come in a variety of sizes, views and options. For some layouts purchasers can completely customize their space!

The collection is organized into 3 categories: Penthouse level/16th floor of King St. Building, Terrace level/9th floor of King St. Building and Penthouse level/6th floor of River St. Building. The terrace units are quite impressive with massive outdoor spaces perfect for those who enjoy outdoor entertaining. The River St. building also has a variety of options including a few 2 story units with 400+ square foot terraces!

The other addition to the River City project is the completion of the Saucier + Perrotte designed model Kitchen and Bathroom in their sales centre! The Saucier + Perrotte team are the winners of 5 Govener General Medals in Architecture and were awarded “Best Firm In Canada” by the Royal Architerctural Institute of Canada in 2009! Plans in the kitchen are calling for an open concept style with stone countertops and brand-name Energy Star stainless-steel appliances to name a few. For those looking for a bit more colour in their kitchens…not to worry. They have an interesting selection of colours and finishes for purchasers to choose from!
