The hole has been dug, and the cranes are up… Construction at Treviso Condos is well underway! The sales centre will be closing soon and relocating for the start of phase 2. In anticipation of this the developer has released some exclusive end of year pricing on the few remaining units.
All Studio, One bedroom and Two bedroom suites come with a 5% cash back and all Three bedroom suites get 6% PLUS the assignment fee is reduced to zero (instead of $5000). They are also offering a special deposit structure – pay $2000 with offer and pay the balance of 5% within 30 days… then it’s only $2000 every 2 months until a further 5% is paid with the last 10% due on occupancy!

Italy’s big win and advancement in the Euro Cup isn’t the only cause for celebration at Dufferin and Lawrence… Lanterra’s progress at Treviso is too!
Earlier in the week, Lanterra posted pics on it’s Facebook page showing it’s first crane being built. The developers are making great timing, considering the site still had buildings on it only 6 months ago. The installation of the crane marks a big milestone in the corners transformation from commercial parking lot to the Treviso community!
