As the above picture implies… I love to think big, and when it comes to marketing your condo, the same is true! When selling your place I rely heavily on TECHNOLOGY! More importantly, I’m one of the few agents who use it to the fullest to market your property. Anyone can stick a “For Sale” sign on the lawn, but in today’s technologically connected world you should expect more. Especially if you live in a condo where there is no lawn in which to display a sign. Need more proof?:

90% of Internet home buyers found their Realtor online, 77% of active Internet users read blogs, 200 million + people use Facebook and Twitter has over 6 million users. (these numbers are probably much higher by now)

If you like what you’ve seen so far, send me an email describing how I can help you sell your place! Or feel free to read on about the many other tools I use to market your condo. You can have me paged anytime by calling 416.782.8882

From business cards to emails, all my handouts are branded to promote and guide visitors to my site.  When you “Sell with Savel” your home gets exposure with:

Murano Barcode

QR Barcodes
A first in real estate, I’ve come up with a new way to show your home to potential clients without having them physically enter your property.  When I sell your home, I brand all promotional material with a unique barcode that allows  purchasers to view a video of your place straight onto their phone from my print marketing. Currently Blackberries and IPhones are the easiest to scan the barcodes, but I definitely see it as the way of the future as more phones adopt the technology!  Having this advantage will put your home ahead of the rest…simply because no one else is doing it!

SavelSells.com

SavelSells.com
The SavelSells.com website was designed with the end user in mind.  I didn’t want a website that just promoted ’another realtor’ (there are 27,000 others that do that) but rather engages potential buyers and promotes your property.

Hosting it on Ubertor gives me the advantage of a Google friendly website.  From new listings to open house events, all updates get indexed and submitted to Google.

On almost every page of the site, my featured listings are displayed for all visitors to see.

SavelBlogs.com

SavelBlogs.com
SavelBlogs.com is an informal Blog I use to share my adventures and experiences as a Realtor in Toronto.  It’s also a way for me to show clients and loyal readers a side of Toronto most people don’t see every day.
From new condo developments to upcoming furniture trends… my goal is to incorporate it all.  It’s updated several times a week and in the process of digging for the facts, I’m kept current and up to date on the happenings in Toronto!

Realtor.ca

Realtor.ca
Aside from SavelSells.com and SavelBlogs.com, Realtor.ca is the most vital website to have your property featured on.  Although any Realtor can do this…my listings feature a detailed and informative description to engage potential buyers, the maximum number of photos (professionally taken), virtual tours and even floor plans (depending on the marketing plan you choose).  The point of all this is to make your listing stand out from all the others on the MLS!

RealtronHomes.com

RealtronHomes.com
Working with one of the largest brands in the Real Estate business has its privileges.  Thousands of visitors come to RealtronHomes.com every month.  Your listing is featured there as well, and is visible to the 500+ agents that are part of the company.

Twitter.com

Twitter.com
Though many overlook the true benefits of Twitter, I use it to notify my hundreds of followers on breaking real estate developments, new listings, and open houses.  I’m even known to tweet about the flavour of pancakes I’m eating…but i use it more to share real estate related content!

ZooCasa.com

ZooCasa.com
ZooCasa.com is one of those ground breaking ideas that’s at the top of their class (pun intended).  A lot of buyers, especially those with young families, look for homes in the best school districts.  ZooCasa shows the available homes in each district.  They also show standardized test scores, ratings and rankings provided by the Fraser Institute.

More and more homebuyers are starting their search at ZooCasa.com.  For this reason I’ve set up an account that allows me to upload my listings, and have your property displayed to all of its users!

WalkScore.com

Walkscore.com
WalkScore.com helps people find walkable places to live. Walk Score calculates the walkability of an address by locating nearby stores, restaurants, schools, parks, etc. Walk Score measures how easy it is to live a car-lite lifestyle—not how pretty the area is for walking.

All my listings on SavelSells.com show the Walk Score of your property.  I also promote it on the print material that’s left in your home!

Of course I also incorporate some old school methods when selling your place…you can read all about them on my main Real Estate website!
