River City Phase 3 will be the third of four condos to be built in the West Don Land neighbourhood! Not much is known about the exact details, but the early details I’ve been hearing are that the third tower may be as tall as 30 storeys! Situated directly on the Don River Park, with views of the park, the lake and the downtown skyline… this is definitely going to be something many will want to get in on!
