Where Is River City Condos in Toronto?
Much has been said about the new master planned community known as River City in Toronto. Few know its actual location. I recorded this short video to help those interested, locate the River City site.
Underpass Park at River City
Mark Savel takes a look at Underpass Park, the most extensive park in Canada built under an overpass! The park is located at the future River City development!
The Don River Park Under Construction
Once complete the Don River Park will transform an abandoned post-industrial site into a dynamic, year-round, re-naturalized public park, animated by a wide variety of programming and a beautiful multi-functional Pavilion.
Suite Features at River City
River City will feature engineered hardwood floors throughout, floor to cieling windows, S+P designed kitchens and bathrooms and four brand name stainless steel appliances. Buildings over 3 stories high will have green roofs to absorb rainwater, insulate and help mitigate the urban heat island effect. Buildings will be heated and cooled from a central energy plant, with water supplied through a system of underground piping. This eliminates the need for boilers, furnaces, hot water heaters, chillers and air-conditioning units.
