On Thursday I attended an intimate party hosted by Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group, for those Realtors who sold at Pier 27.   During the event, they officially announced that the financing has been secured and that construction is underway!  Pictures wouldn’t have done the sales centre justice…so I recorded a short video instead.Pier 27 is Toronto’s new landmark sculpture of glass and steel right on the water’s edge, possessing a commanding international presence.
