As I alluded to in my last post, a new blog has been launched! BloorCondos.com is its name… information, education and condomaniazation (possibly a new word) is it’s game. There’s been a ton of people who’ve asked/emailed me for updates on 1 Bloor, and because of all this demand I figured I could probably write an entire blog on that area alone! Put simply, the blog was created to inform, educate, and share the condo lifestyle with anyone and everyone who would like to call Toronto home.  Yonge and Bloor is home to prime real estate for some of the most upscale boutiques this country has to offer, the neighbourhood caters to the urban professional who calls it home.  Our goal is to capture and share that lifestyle.

I’ve come across a lot of websites (realtor related) that do nothing but “toot their horn” on how good they are, or how many sales they have.  My goal in creating BloorCondos.com was to stay as far away as possible from that kind of content.  I’ve hooked up with Garth Juriansz, a fellow colleague who’s sold many condos in the area, and together we’ll be blogging to better educate buyers on the preconstruction process. We have a ton of ideas that we’ll be incorporating in the coming weeks so check back often for updates. A new development is about to be launched on the old 1 Bloor site and when it does we’ll be covering its progress on BloorCondos.com. Be one of the first to know about it by signing up here.
