About Treviso Condos Phase 2 - La Piazza
La Piazza is the second phase from the extremely successful Treviso Condominium community! Located at Dufferin and Lawrence, the master planned community will offer residents new world convince with old word roots! Once complete, the corner will be home to four stunning buildings that will offer residents convenient ground floor retail stores, an outdoor pool/spa, gym and entertainment facilities. The second phase will consist of an 8 and 10 storey low-rise podium suites. Rising 24 storeys up from the popular Dufferin and Lawrence corner will be a 24 floors of a variety of suites, each offering a wide range of views of the surrounding community and City!

Treviso Phase 2 has even more floorplans to choose from than from the first. Suites range from size from 457 sf to 1084 sf! There will even be a select variety of suites on the second floor with gardens. Most suites open onto oversized loggias (balconies) or terraces, many with planters. Features include laminate flooring, porcelain or ceramic tiles in most areas; bathrooms with cast-stone rectangular sink; and Munge and Leung designed kitchens with granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplash and stainless steel front appliances. Purchasers can choose between living up in the tower or lower to the ground in one of the podium buildings.
The placement and height of phase 2 will allow for sweeping views to the North, West and South. The oversized balconies were a big hit in the first phase and for that reason they’ve included even more in the tower!
