About Howard Park Condos
Triumph Developments is bringing a new condo project to the area that put them on the map – Roncesvalles Village! A few years back they completed work on the Rocnesvalles Lofts (located 25 Ritchie Ave.) and our coming back to build Howard Park. Appropriately named for it’s location (on Howard Park Ave.), the development will be built in two phases. The two low-rise condos will be 8 and 10 storeys each.
Plans are calling for a mixed use building with retail at grade! RAW Design (one of my favourite architects) have been given the task of designing the Howard Park Condos.
The renderings seem to show large terraces and many roof top trees. It’s a welcomed change to see so much greenery worked into the initial renderings!
