The genius’s at the Canadian Real Estate Association have done it again.  They’ve just launched a hilarious new commercial promoting the use of a Realtor.  To go along with it, they’ve also produced a mini adventure board game on their website: http://www.howrealtorshelp.ca/  

Don’t be like Dave (pictured above).  Use a Realtor (Me)…we can save you time, money, and broken furniture.  Best of all, our services are free for buyers!

    this is the stupidest commercial ever to usurp the air. It is degrading/disgusting/and useless in getting the point across. Out of control adults model for young adults/teenagers that this idiot behaviour is acceptable. IT ISN’T ACCEPTABLE!!!!

    Just ridiculous…has anyone actually looked at the demographics of new or 1st-time buyers? So out of touch…the Competition Bureau will eventually wake you up and your whole business model will be left behind…good ridance. Pathetic.

    It’s not THAT ridiculous! Regardless how the business changes, the point is simple and can be applied in a variety of professions… use a professional who knows their market and has experience. Of course the reaction of the buyer is overcompensated, but it’s a commercial….I much prefer this commercial over a “PSA” type!
