Mimico and Long Branch are going to be the place to buy. I think it's a safe bet to buy now and hold. Single family homes are a great value is Long Branch and Mimico. You are close to the lake, Humber College, Street Cars. After a few more condos get built the restaurant scence will improve...already a few great places.... I've had both good and bad experiences with camrost felcorp and although they're not perfect yet, they have acknowledged past faults and working on improving them. Camrost has the dubious reputation of screwing their customers. Their developments have had insulation/draft issues, water/rain damage, etc. Buyer beware!
