I’ve waited along time on this one, and now the time has come to hustle my dare-e-air over to the newest project to launch on the Queen Street West strip!!

Appropriately named “2 Gladstone”, this 8 story soft loft condo will be developed by Streetcar Developments (think Cork Town District) and Dundee Realty Corp. It’s located on the North West corner of Queen and Gladstone with access to TTC outside your door.  The plans are calling for only 54 units; it’s destined to be a very intimate building and one that’s going to sell out fast.  Though floor plans and prices haven’t been released yet, what I do know is: prices will start from $229,000 and unit sizes will range from 549 sqf for a 1 bedroom up to 1,054 sqf for a 2 bedroom + den. 

Sales are taking place this October, and I’ve already started taking down the names of interested buyers. Aside from it being an awesome building, it’s also one of the few new development projects to take place in 09.  With only 54 units I expect this one to get busy very fast.
